Android ICS SOAP Yöntemi Çalışmıyor?

Samsung galaxy tab'da SOAP yöntemini test ettim ve iyi çalışıyor.

aynı kod Android dondurma sandviç üzerinde test edilmiş ve çalışmıyor. Bu HTTP/1.1 200 OK kodu 200
