JSF sayfamı çalıştırırken bu hatayı aşağıda görüyorum.Hata: javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: Hedef Erişilemiyor, 'null' döndürdü null

I don geri Kullandığım zaman neden hataya gireceğimi anlayamıyorum değer = "#{staffBean.staff.firstName}". Yukarıdaki = "#{staffBean.userName}" değerini ve değer = "#{staffBean.passWord}" değerini kullandığımda sorun yoktur.
